Viewers of The Last of Us are hoping Nick Offerman will win an Emmy.
After weeks of anticipation, Nick Offerman finally made his debut on The Last of Us, and, well…everyone liked it. Though it was hinted at in the game, Offerman’s Bill and Frank (Murray Bartlett) had a full-fledged romance in the live-action series, for which many are advocating for an Emmy.
“I wasn’t shocked that Nick could pull off anything like this. What astonished me was how fantastic he was “Craig Mazin, showrunner and series co-creator, who penned episode 3, told TVInsider. “I mean, I had high expectations, and he just exceeded them. It was fantastic to observe his synergy with Murray Bartlett. We cast Murray Bartlett, and then Murray Bartlett wins an Emmy a few months later. And we’re like, ‘Wow, this is very cool.’ So we have these incredible A-List people delivering it at such a high level.”
