What is street photography?

Wikipedia defines street photography as “a photograph taken for art or investigation that shows direct chance encounters and chance occurrences.”

Usually, street photography is a candid filming of life in public places. And contrary to its name, street photography doesn’t have to be done outdoors. You can do street photography anywhere.

For example, when I lived in a small town, I spent a lot of time on the beach. On rainy days, I often go to museums, cafes or even a shopping center. One of my favorite filming locations is public transport. You can always find interesting items on buses and trains.
